Postponed - Personality Profiling Course - Singapore

  The aim of this Personality Training Course is to provide training to competence for those who are active in selection of pilots whether type rated, initial pilot selection or cabin crew.

At the end of the course trainees shall demonstrate their ability using profiles in a practical way to move beyond “checking the box” and into utilizing this essential tool in both selection and aviation training, updated with the latest EASA recommendations & regulations that requires operators to undertake psychological assessments of aircrew during recruitment to the required standard with additional industry best practice.

This is an EAAP recognised course and EAAP members will receive a 10% discount on the course fee, attendance will count towards your EAAP membership accreditation (www.eaap.net).
